Our Process
Site Visit
Our Head of Operations and Head Scaffolder visit the site and assess project requirements and site conditions. Photos and measurements may be taken for quotation purposes, streamlining the process and ensuring accuracy.
Scaffold Design
A tailored scaffolding plan is prepared by our in-house designer. Using AutoCAD to produce accurate 2D drawings in line with industry standards, our designer may also provide 3D modelling for more complex or large-scale projects.
Quotation
Our Commercial Manager, along with other team members, calculates a comprehensive, detailed quote and sends it over to the client. The quote includes labour, design, inspection and installation costs, and considers the total hire period.
Materials Ordered
Required materials are carefully calculated and procured from our trusted suppliers. The materials are sent over to our yard and transported onto the appropriate site by our yard team.RAMS
To identify potential hazards and evaluate the level of risk associated with the site, we create a Risk Assessment & Method Statement. This also helps prove we meet safety and legal requirements on site.
Installation
Our team of scaffolders arrive on site to safely erect the scaffold. Depending on the type of solution required, the base frame is assembled and secured to the foundation. Once completed we issue a handover certificate.Weekly Inspection
Members of our team conduct weekly safety checks throughout the project’s hire period. This ensures consistent compliance and allows for any issues to be flagged and rectified promptly, if necessary.
Dismantling
Upon completion, the scaffold is promptly and safely removed by our team. We coordinate with our client and site managers to schedule a safe dismantling process.
