Hans Road

We were appointed to carry out roof safety works at 12 Hans Road, a Grade II listed building in the heart of Knightsbridge, just around the corner from Harrods.
Originally designed by architect A.H. Mackmurdo, the building has recently been refurbished into a boutique business centre by Jonathan Tuckey Architects.

As part of the modern upgrade to building services, we provided and installed:
– 6m roof edge protection barriers (front-facing)
– 8m roof edge protection barriers (rear-facing)
– 6m folding Kee Guard system
– Two mini weighted step-overs

These works ensure safe, unobstructed rooftop access for ongoing maintenance of the all-electric VRF heating/cooling and air source systems.
