Previously an office building, this structure located on Sutton High Street is being redeveloped into a residential building with retail spaces at ground level. We have been appointed to aid the ongoing works by providing an independent scaffold.
Our works began with the installation of rooftop and traditional guardrail systems to prepare for the safe removal of existing roof sections and windows. To enhance site safety further, we are also installing beam bridges across openings and fitting debris netting to protect operatives and the public throughout the works.
