Kendon House

At Kendon House, we provided external access scaffolding to facilitate the conversion of a former retirement housing complex into modern apartments.
Our client was seeking three lifts of independent scaffolding around the building to support ongoing construction. Two boarded working platforms were installed, providing safe and secure access for all work at height.
We also incorporated a Haki staircase for primary access and egress, along with ladders for scaffolders and emergency situations. This comprehensive scaffolding solution ensured both efficiency and safety throughout the project.
