Roof Support Scaffold
This redevelopment involves transforming a historic chapel, originally built in the early 1800s, into luxury apartments.
Phase 1– We provided roof support scaffolding as per the client’s drawings, installing beams on walls via aluminium towers to create a 7-meter-high platform. Scaffold frames were fixed to support the roof, with safety measures like an exclusion zone and traffic marshals in place.
Phase 2– We erected a party wall scaffold to facilitate the thorough cleaning of the party wall between the site and neighbouring property. Ensuring that the scaffold provides safe and secure access for the specialists, allows efficient work while protecting the building’s historic features.
